Why it is worth ordering samples
A cladding is decided by texture and colour under the light of the place where it will live — and no screen reproduces that faithfully. On a north-facing wall, a warm beige can read grey; under southern sun, a light grey can look white. With the samples in your hand you hold them against the wall, see them morning and evening, and decide without doubt.
It is also the cheapest way to avoid the expensive mistake: buying 6 m² of the wrong tone.

Are the samples the real material?
Yes. They are cut from the same material we ship in the kits — same thickness, same relief, same finish.
Is shipping really included?
It is. The price shown is the final price for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain. We do not currently ship samples to Madeira, the Azores, the Canary Islands, the Balearics, Ceuta or Melilla.
How do I receive the credit?
As soon as the sample order is dispatched, you receive an email with a unique code and a button that applies it automatically in the shop.
Can the credit be used on any order?
It is valid on an order that includes at least 1 kit from the same family — a flexible stone kit for the stone credit, an insulated panel kit for the PU credit. It discounts the material, not the shipping.
How long do I have to use the credit?
180 days from the sample purchase. Enough time to get quotes and plan the work without rushing.
Can I order more than one sample kit?
You can order one stone kit and one PU kit. Within each family, one kit per order — if you need more tones, talk to us.
