Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under Article 10 of Portuguese Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February.

The period runs from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. Where an order includes several goods delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last one.

Korevo products are sold in standard catalogue formats, so this right applies. Under Article 17 of the same law, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded — if you request a cut to measure, you will be informed before confirming the order.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement before the 14-day period ends: by email to geral@korevopanels.pt or by letter to the address above.

You may use the model withdrawal form in Annex B of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, but it is not mandatory.

After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds and return costs

We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard option, the additional amount is not refunded.

The refund is made using the same means of payment used for the purchase, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you supply proof of dispatch.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Legal guarantee of conformity

Goods are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity set out in Portuguese Decree-Law no. 84/2021, applicable to sales contracts with consumers.

This guarantee is distinct from the right of withdrawal: it applies to a lack of conformity of the goods and is not limited to the 14-day period. Where goods are defective, transport costs are borne entirely by us.
