You have chosen the stone. Now comes the part nobody explains: which products to buy, how much of each, and what order they go on in.
This kit settles that for you. It carries what is needed to finish a 5.76 m² wall — exactly the area of one 8-panel stone kit — and comes with a printed guide that takes you from start to finish.
What is inside
- Joint grout, 250 g — in the colour you choose
- Neutral-cure silicone, 310 ml — for corners and junctions
- Printed installation guide
Why this is the simplest kit of the three
Render, masonry and concrete take direct bonding. They need no primer — which is why this is the cheapest kit in the range.
ETICS / external wall insulation: if the surface is an ETICS system, confirm compatibility with the system installer before going ahead. An ETICS system carries its own warranty and fixing something else over it can void it.
What is not in the kit
Tile adhesive. Most people already have some, or buy it at the builders merchant round the corner. If you do not have any, add it to your order.
Waterproofing, if this is a shower or an area that takes water directly. Waterproofing goes on before the stone is bonded — the stone on its own does not waterproof a wall.
Tools. Sold separately because you buy them once and they last.
